ENHANCING OF STUDENTS’ MATHEMATICAL REFLECTIVE THINKING ABILITY THROUGH KNOWLEDGE SHARING LEARNING STRATEGY IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

This study aims to find out enhancement of students’ mathematical reflective thinking ability through knowledge sharing learning strategy in Senior High School. The method of study used quasi experiment by non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study are eighth grader students of Senior High School in Tangerang City, Banten Province. Sampling technique used cluster random sampling with the numbers of students are 140 students. The instruments used in the form prior mathematical knowledge test and mathematical reflective thinking ability test. Data analysis are done by requisite test, namely data normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z Test) and homogeneity test (Levene Test). The statistic analysis of the data was conducted with one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, and Scheffe Test. The results of study are as follows: (1) there is enhancement difference of mathematical reflective thinking ability of the students learning with knowledge sharing strategy and conventional learning; (2) there is enhancement difference of mathematical reflective thinking ability between students learning with knowledge sharing strategy (KSS) and conventional learning based on school level and prior mathematical knowledge (MPK) of students (higher, middle, lower); (3) The interaction between learning strategy (KSS) and prior mathematical knowledge (higher, middle, lower) influenced student’s enhancement of mathematical reflective thinking ability.

At present, the escalation of violence has been intense nationally and globally due to variety of reasons such as religions, human rights, culture, and politics. The violence has threatened the peace, harmony, and plurality in the community. One of the main sources of the violence is the uncontrolled aggressive instinct of the human being. In line with this issue, this article attempts to reintroduce religious, cultural, and social values that the people can use to control their provocative aggressive instinct and transform it into good deeds for the sake of the peace and harmony among the pluralistic society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi antara kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematik dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri Luragung Kuningan Jawa Barat. Peserta didik diberikan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematik dan test hasil belajar matematika. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Luragung, Kuningan, Jawa Barat, sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 3 Luragung, Kuningan, Jawa Barat yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematik dan hasil belajar matematika. Setelah dilakukan analisis Varians didapat regresi linier dan pengujian keberartian regresi yang signifikan. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,559 dilanjutkan dengan uji t-student diperoleh 3,631. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematik dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematik memberikan kontribusi sebesar 31,2 % terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Sejarah penubuhan suatu organisasi tidak dapat dipisahkan daripada gagasan dan pemikiran pengasasnya. Orangorang yang bergabung menjadi ahli secara sedar telah bersetuju dengan dasar dan matlamat organisasi tersebut yang pada hakikatnya adalah perwujudan daripada gagasan para pengasasnya. Demikian halnya dengan Muhammadiyah, di Indonesia tidak mungkin dipisah daripada Ahmad Dahlan sebagai pengasasnya. Lebih asas lagi, kelahirannya sebagai gerakan Islam melalui sistem organisasi juga memperolehi rujukan teologi, sebagaimana tercermin dalam pemaknaan atapun tafsiran surah al-Quran Cali Imran ayat 104. Artikel ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif bersifat deskriptif analitikal, iaitu tulisan yang berusaha menggambarkan data yang sesuai keadaannya. Dalam memformat gerakan Muhammadiyah dalam konteks kelahirannya bukan hanya semata-mata teknikal tetapi juga didasari pada rujukan keagamaan yang selama ini melekat dalam alam fikiran para ulama mengenai Kaedah “mâ lâ yatimm al-wâjib illâ bihi fa huwâ wâjib”, ertinya sekiranya suatu urusan tidak akan sempurna manakala tanpa alat, maka alat itu menjadi wajib adanya. Hal inilah yang membuat gerakan Muhammadiyah, terutama di bidang lembaga pendidikan semakin laju sejak didirikannya pada tahun 1912 hingga tahun 2010 telah berjumlah 16,942 buah.
Self-Conception of The Vagrants in Jakarta

This research aims to identify the self construction and communicating acts amongst the homeless while they are doing their daily activities as a vagrant in downtown Jakarta. The method being used for this research is a qualitative method with phenomenologist paradigm which aims to understand human behaviors from an experimental perspective. Result shows that vagrants, especially those who has the same profession, tend to share the area of work in order to avoid conflicts among them. Description from the subject in establishing communication with other vagrants are done by sharing area of expertise from himself and other vagrants. Results also showed that almost all the subjects tend to close their “darker” side from others who don’t know that they are vagrants by impression management. These people came into existence not only because of a poor culture which shows nomadic type of living habit, but it’s also because of the structure and vast majority which sees them with a negative stigma for every type of occupation they choose including a forced action because they were left without any choices other being a vagrant.

Sejarah berdirinya suatu organisasi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari gagasan dan pikiran pendirinya Sebab orang-orang yang kemudian bergabung menjadi anggota secara sadar telah menyepakati dasar dan tujuan organisasi tersebut yang pada hakikatnya merupakan perwujudan dari gagasan para pendirinya PSII tidak mungkin dipisahkan dengan HOS Cokroaminoto NU tidak mungkin dipisahkan dengan Hasyim Asyaari Demikian juga Muhammadiyah tidak mungkin dipisahkan dari Ahmad Dahlan Dengan demikian gagasan dan pikiran yang muncul kemudian tidak mungkin dipisahkan dari pikiran dan gagasan awal (para) pendirinya, (Moh Djasman Al-Kindi; sala seorang pencetus berdirinya Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah dan menjadi ketua umum pertama DPP IMM) Gagasan Ahmad Dahlan yang terpilih adalah bagaimana dapatnya mengamalkan ayat-ayat al-Quran Dengan demikian Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi senantiasa diikhtiarkan untuk menjadi tempat untuk mengkaji Al-Qur`an sekaligus menjadi tempat bermusyawarah untuk mengamalkannya Oleh karenanya Muhammadiyah tidak mungkin terpisah dari tiga prinsip yakni ; Pengkajian Al-Quran, Musyawarah dan amal, yang saat ini hampir mati ; antara ada dan tiada.

A wise man said that "you will never be a pious when you never feel loneliness", because loneliness can be used as an indicator of someone's level of piety. In loneliness, the awareness of God’s existence can be felt, because in loneliness a person will not be affected by motives that come from the encouragement or motivation of the other persons’ prensence. Meanwhile someone’s piety which is shown in the public, according to the author it is very difficult to assess the real of sincerity. There are thousands motives when someone do observance in the middle of the social communities. This research used a qualitative research method with phenomenological research tradition, in the terms of Lindlof (1995:27) it is called as an interpretive paradigm which is refered to the communication research with qualitative methods that perform the tradition of phenomenology, ethnometodology, symbolic interaction, ethnography and cultural studies.

Pengembangan tersebut dapat ditumbuhkan apabila didukung oleh suasana budaya akademik (academic culture) yang kuat di lembaga tersebut. Budaya akademik adalah suatu budaya yang tumbuh di perguruan tinggi yang mencerminkan sebuah suasana ilmiah dan ditandai oleh sejumlah aktivitas ilmiah melalui segenap kegiatannya, seperli aktivitas perkuliahan, seminar, kegiatan penelitian yang semua kegiatan tersebut disebarluaskan melalui publikasi-publikasi ilmiah dalam bentuk jurnal-jurnal ilmiah.

Establishment of schools is either done by the founder Muhammadiyah and NU is in an effort to meet the needs of society and the context of the struggle for independence, and also as one of the key strategic intelligence to fight the invaders. Strategic intelligence is either done by the Kiyai Ahmad Dahlan nor by Kiyai- Kiyai new young home from Mecca as K.H. Mas Mansyur with K.H. Abdul Wahab Chasbullah and others. The same feeling, due to the State of the nation is still colonized by Foreign Nations so as to force those who recently return from Mecca for creative thinking by making a smart idea according to capacity which has been eaten, in order to deal with circumstances that plagued his nation. This, it is interesting to review of the origin of the appearance of movement Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in Indonesia, which is mainly about the history of the site of the second equation – both these organizations. Although, the Organization of Muhammadiyah and NU, is equally religious social movement organizations are sourced from the result of thoughts and musings by Indonesia students who learn from Mecca at the time.
